INTRODUCTION, Who and What are we.....

Greetings and welcome to the Healing Our Animal Friends with EFT blog.

EFT is the abreviated form of Emotional Freedom Technique, created by Gary Craig. It is a simple, easy to use, technique which helps us to eliminate negative programs from our bodies, minds and emotions. If you are unfamiliar with EFT, I suggest that you visit the EFT web site, http://www.emofree.com/

I am a veteran Natural Healing Therapist, and after using EFT very successfully with my clients for years, I found enormous success in helping my cat Luna overcome kidney disease. I was told that Kidney disease in cats is always fatal. It was then that I wrote the book, Healing Our Animal Friends With EFT, in an effort to make this technique a viable option for others who care for animals. Healing Our Animal Friends With EFT is written in workbook form so that it can be referred to while we apply EFT to our pets.

While EFT generally is a method of tapping out negative patterns from the acu-meridian system in our bodies, I have modified it so that we can use it comfortably and easily with animals.
This is an easy to understand, simple to use, and very effective method for improving animal health and welfare. No knowledge of EFT, healing, energy healing or acupuncture is required to do this. Anyone who wishes to make positive change in the lives of their animal friends can learn this with ease. Please visit our web site where you can purchase your copy of Healing Our Animal Friends With EFT, Andrea Christos. http://www.eftwithanimals.com/ The book is available in soft cover print, or as an ebook download on the web site.

PLEASE NOTE: Twenty percent of proceeds from book sales is being donated to animal shelters and animal rescue agencies. Another great way to help animals who are in need.

Lately we have been having a great deal of fun giving workshops. Most of the workshops are given in two separate sessions, EFT(Emotional Freedom Technique) Basics the first, and EFT With Animals, the second session.

Last weekend in Sewell, N.J. we were fortunate to have Petunia, a lovely, sweet Bullmastif, and the ever confident and charming West Highland Terrier, Brandy participate in the second session. Thanks Petunia and Brandy and all others who participated.

To arrange for your workshop, contact us at http://www.eftwithanimals.com/ or email andrea@eftwithanimals.com

We welcome your comments and questions
With Gratitude,

Andrea V. Christos
